At a press conference in Filmhuset in Stockholm today, the nominations for the Guldbagge Awards for the film year 2023 were presented. Shame On Dry Land was presented with nine nominations, followed by Hammarskjöld and Opponent with seven nominations. DogbornThe Gullspång Miracle and Together 99  received four nominations each.

The Guldbagge Awards Gala is arranged by the Swedish Film Institute in collaboration with SVT and will take place at Cirkus in Stockholm on January 15, 2024.

A jury of 33 members in four groups came to the following result for the nominations for the 2024 Guldbagge Awards, Sweden’s national film awards. Special committees agreed on the nominations for the categories for Best Short Film and Best Documentary Film.
